The Service Company of Virginia, Inc., a Class A Contractor in all trades, offers a single source solution for commercial and residential clients and the flexibility to provide any number of qualified service technicians for electrical, plumbing, heating and air conditioning, refrigeration and/or construction services. In addition, The Service Company offers 24-hour emergency on-call service for all of our coverage areas including the entire Commonwealth of Virginia with expansion into the states of Maryland and North Carolina.

The Service Company has fine tuned each aspect of facility maintenance to ensure the lowest cost and most efficient operation consolidated and available through a single source. The Service Company has enjoyed continued relationships with organizations such as Kmart Corporation, Rite Aid Corporation, Walgreens, Home Depot, Branch Bank & Trust Company (BB&T), 7 Eleven Corporation and Verizon Wireless Retail Stores, which have benefited and cut costs by having maintenance services provided through a single source. Our services can vary from a per call basis to complement an existing staff or a complete maintenance package for any facility type. A Preventive Maintenance program, tailored to meet specified requirements, can be provided for any number of sites at negotiable rates. Because each facility can be different, The Service Company will uniquely structure services for each location using only those required on any given day or time with 24-hour coverage as needed.
