Who We Are & What We Do:

Administrative Assistant ( customerservice@theserviceco.com)
Accepts service requests during regular business hours by telephone, email or by fax and distributes work request to the service/dispatch departments can coordinate messages to personnel. Updates status of all maintenance service requests.

Kim Burton, Accounting (customerservice@theserviceco.com )
Prepares customer invoices. Oversees accounts payable/receivables and procedures. Assist with service requests during normal business hours. Answers questions you may have about the services we provide.

Ellen Lampkin, Assistant to President (elampkin@theserviceco.com)
Special project management, policy development, research and analysis. Legal processing.

Service Manager (servicemanager@theserviceco.com)
Coordinates and schedules all service requests. Assists administrative personnel and coordinates projects with General Manager. Answers all scheduling/technical questions related to service requests. Updates status of service requests by telephone or web page.

Billy Oyler, Manager Cleaning Services (boyler@theserviceco.com)
Assists administrative personnel and coordinates projects with Service Manager and Service Coordinator . Answers all scheduling/technical questions related to the Cleaning Division. Distribute and coordinate work orders for the Cleaning Services field technicians and sub-contractors. Perform necessary follow up to bring work orders to close, following up with customers/clients and subcontractors.

Ken Drumheller, Sales Representative (kdrumheller@theserviceco.com)
Develops and cultivates new client prospects and interacts with existing customers to introduce the services and capabilities of TSC. Initial point of contact for projects; estimates, answers technical or general questions related to status and scheduling information for proposals/estimates, progress on projects. Not generally associated with routine service requests.

Mark Shifflett, Vice President (mshifflett@theserviceco.com)
Manages staff and office operations, coordinates office efforts on cost estimates for jobs, projects, responds and implements solutions pertaining to client issues.
