Service Manager

Coordinates and schedules all service requests. Assists administrative personnel and coordinates projects with General Manager. Answers all scheduling/technical questions related to service requests. Updates status of service requests by telephone or web page.

Assists administrative personnel and coordinates projects with  Service  Manager and Service  Coordinator . Answers all scheduling/technical questions related to the Cleaning Division. Distribute and coordinate work orders for the Cleaning Services field technicians and sub-contractors.  Perform necessary follow up to bring work orders to close, following up with customers/clients and subcontractors.

Initial point of contact for projects; estimates, answers technical or general questions related to status and scheduling information for proposals/estimates, progress on projects. Not generally associated with routine service requests.
